HOW WE DO IT
QUALITY CONTROL
Our office cleaning service is notable for our exacting standards and attention to detail. We have strong quality control systems to ensure your ongoing satisfaction with our service. If any problems occur, our controls ensure they are identified early and resolved promptly.
REGULAR SITE ATTENDANCE BY OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER
This will occur during the settling in period and then periodically: weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your service. Our management team will also conduct random inspections.
COMMUNICATIONS BOOK
Located at your site to record any issues or special requests you may have. Our cleaners are required to notify us of every entry made into the book. You will also have a direct point of contact in the Management Team and 24/7 telephone access to our Operations Manager.
FOLLOW UP
We will call you regularly to ensure that our service is to your complete satisfaction. We will also proactively seek your feedback so we can continuously improve our service.

We take extra measures in staff recruitment and training to ensure our staff deserve your trust. All staff are interviewed, reference checked, required to sign a confidentiality agreement and undergo a Police background check.
