QUALITY CONTROL
Our office cleaning service is notable for our exacting standards and attention to detail. We have strong quality control systems to ensure your ongoing satisfaction with our service. If any problems occur, our controls ensure they are identified early and resolved promptly.
REGULAR ATTENDANCE BY OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER
This will occur during the settling in period and then periodically: weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your service. Our management team will also conduct random inspections. You will also have a direct point of contact in the Management Team and 24/7 telephone access to our Operations Manager.
OUR PEOPLE
We select our staff for their proven skills and exceptionally high standards. Our staff are friendly, approachable and motivated to provide an excellent cleaning service. We look after our staff because we believe that if we look after them, they will look after you. That means we have a team of happy, loyal staff who deliver as promised.
TRAINING
Our staff are well trained. All new staff complete our intensive training program, that covers:

We provide ongoing training support to our staff, for cleaning and OHS.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
For your peace of mind, we advise we are fully insured and our limit of public liability insurance is $10,000,000.
