Our systems regulate the quality of our work to ensure that problems are resolved promptly and emerging problem areas are identified early. Quality Control begins with site attendance by the Operations Manager during the settling in period and then weekly personal visits including random inspections by our management team. We also provide a log book for ongoing communications, however we prefer to know about new issues as they arise. We'll also offer suggestions on cleaning matters you may not even have thought of!
